They have been a strong side on the African continent for a couple of years but have declined in the last 18 months or so. With that said, though, they come into this one on the back of a 3-1 defeat of Malawi extending their unbeaten run of form to three matches. They now face a Burundi side that have proven themselves to be quite entertaining for the neutral and could well be involved in some high scoring affairs but the likelihood remains of a Burkina Faso victory, especially with their home advantage.
