Kenya were without their key man and captain Michael Olunga last month but still managed to start their 2025 CAF Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign with a win and a draw. His return last week saw him score a goal but Kenya were hammered 4-1 by the Group J favourites, Cameroon. The Cameroonians have been much-improved since the appointment of former Oud-Heverlee Leuven boss Marc Brys and that result and performance the other day was further evidence of a structure being put in place to allow their attackers to flourish. Given this one is also taking place in the neutral venue of Uganda, another comfortable Cameroonian victory would seem likely.
