Walid Regragui’s Morocco have already qualified for the 2025 CAF Africa Cup of Nations as hosts. They have an extremely impressive squad and the Atlas Lions, who became the first African team to reach the semi-finals of a FIFA World Cup when they did so in Qatar in 2022, enjoyed comfortable victories against Gabon and Lesotho last month. The Central African Republic are majorly reliant on the pedigree and quality of Olympique de Marseille midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia but they are a generally underwhelming side and Morocco, especially with their home advantage, are expected to win this one quite comfortably.
