MATCH PREDICTION

Czechia have a massive opportunity to overthrow the Turks and squeeze themselves into the runners’ up position in Group F. Ivan Hasek’s side came into the tournament on the back of a difficult qualifying campaign that saw the end of Jaroslav Silhavy’s reign but performances have improved a lot this calendar year. They took the lead against Portugal before losing 2-1 and then dominated Georgia but were eventually held to a 1-1 draw by the tournament debutants. Turkey were decent in spells against Georgia but their 3-1 victory certainly flattered them before being hammered 3-0 by Portugal on Saturday. Czechia seem a little more cohesive in defence and a double chance bet in their favour may be the way to go for this one.
